Job description

We propose seafood products, prep services and subscription delivery
to fine restaurants, sushi shops, hotels and more.

Your job is to listen to head chefs and owners
and think together about products and uses that fit each restaurant's challenges.

• Visits, interviews and proposals
• Guiding customers through trial products and follow-up after adoption
• Sourcing and buying at domestic producing areas, product development
• Overseas sales and sales channel development based in Los Angeles

* Your duties will be decided based on your experience, aptitude and preferences.

Who we're looking for

Experience in the following is preferred.

• Trade, import and export work
• Sales or operations at an export trading company
• Seafood business such as sourcing, processing and selling seafood

Experience in corporate sales or at restaurants and hotels, and language skills such as English, are also valuable.
